Teacher’s Day Celebration

The N.S.S. unit celebrated the Teacher’s Day was with great enthusiasm this year. It was full of power packed emotions and sensational performances by the students.
The function began at 10.30 am with prayer and lighting of lamp by Principal ma’am Dr. Mrs. Geetha Mohan. It was followed by a solo song performed by Akshay Singh, a student of T.Y.BSc.I.T. which charmed the audience and teachers.
Principal Ma’am, all the co-ordinators of their respective streams, teaching and non-teaching staff as well as peons were felicitated and thanked for their contribution. There were a few other entertainment programmes like Quiz Contest and a few other performances by the students. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Ma’am.
