Social Leadership Training Workshop

The N.S.S. unit of Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management had organised a leadership training workshop held by the Blue Ribbon Club. The crowd was addressed by Manu Singh and Sunny Chedda representatives from Blue Ribbon.

The workshop was conducted to train the N.S.S. volunteers in becoming successful leaders. Throughout the workshop activities were undertaken to train students. They discussed on the themes   of basis of environment, segregation of waste and creating awareness among masses as the activities one could undertake as a leader. Later the volunteers were explained about the various issues a common man faces in his day-to-day life with the help of a tree diagram and how to provide solutions for the same. And then take up this as an activity in particulars areas facing problems and clearing it. It was a great experience as all the volunteers were trained in how to be a good leader.
